We have absolutely no control over the amount of time it takes to go back into your account. This is between the payment providers and your payment method/bank.Typically refunds take anywhere between 2-10 working days and in our experience can vary wildly depending on banks.Please rest assured if you have received a refund notification via email from us then we have done all we can and there is no further action we can take. After this we recommend you contact your bank and query the timeframe it may take.
