How long will my refund take?Updated a month ago

As a retailer we only have the power to initiate a refund and we will always aim to do this as quickly as possible. We have absolutely no control over the amount of time it takes to go back into your account. This is between the payment providers and your payment method/bank.

Typically refunds take anywhere between 2-10 working days and in our experience can vary wildly depending on banks. Paypal can be the slowest if the refund is requested from our central bank account, we ask that if you paid via paypal and you have not received your refund to please wait the full 10 days.

Please rest assured if you have received a refund notification via email from us then we have done all we can and there is no further action we can take. After this we recommend you contact your bank and query the timeframe it may take.
