What is 'PRE-ORDER / BACK-ORDER' Shipping MethodUpdated 3 hours ago
PRE-ORDER / BACK-ORDER (Unallocated Stock)
This shipping method is for items that are currently unallocated (not in stock for immediate dispatch), but where we have high confidence we’ll receive more stock in future.
No ETA: The restock timeframe is unknown.
Allocations can change: Supplier/manufacturer allocations fluctuate.
Priority when stock lands: If we receive more than expected, we dispatch back-orders first in order of purchase.
Occasional restocks: Some items return to stock periodically, but we can’t confirm dates in advance (sadly, we don’t own a crystal ball).
