What is 'PRE-ORDER / BACK-ORDER' Shipping MethodUpdated 2 months ago
This shipping method is for items that are currently unallocated (not in stock for immediate dispatch), but where we have high confidence we’ll receive more stock in future).
Once allocations are received (Usually 4-6 Weeks prior to release) if the allocation is less than we have asked for / expected then we will regrettably have to cancel any orders
By purchasing items with this shipping method you accept these terms and conditions.
- Pre Order ETA: This is stated on the product page. If the product page is no longer accessible please check the official website for the product to receive the most up to date information.
- Back Orders No ETA: The restock timeframe is unknown.
- Allocations can change: Supplier/manufacturer allocations fluctuate.
- Priority when stock lands: If we receive more than expected, we dispatch back-orders first in order of purchase.
- Occasional restocks: Some items return to stock periodically, but we can’t confirm dates in advance (sadly, we don’t own a crystal ball).
- We Accept No Responsibility - for loss of earnings if your intention is to resell the goods and you have sold items prior to receiving them. It is HIGHLY recommended that you DO NOT do this
- Rude / Aggressive Behaviour - we have a zero tolerance policy for this and you will be blacklisted from any further purchases
- Adhere to our policies and T&Cs - You are much more likely to receive your order if you adhere to our policies.
- Price fluctuations - if we receive a large amount of "bot" activity and/ or cancellations we reserve the right to increase the price to make up for fees we have incurred.
- Cancellations by us: We will hold your back order for as long as we feel we may receive a restock in future. If we are made aware that your order cannot be fulfilled we will cancel and refund you.
Warning: Use of automated payment methods to purchase these items may mean you miss important information regarding the release expectations. We do not recommend using these methods and any payments taken are your responsibility. Refunds for cancellations can be processed according to your consumer rights but they can take up to 14 days to process and a further 10 working days for it to appear back into your account.
