Something is Missing from my Order?Updated 5 days ago

If something is missing from your order the most common cause is because it has been shipped separately. We do this when your order is split across our warehouse and retail store and will be detailed during checkout.

When your orders are shipped you should receive separate tracking numbers and confirmation emails so please check your emails thoroughly. Please note any orders shipped from our retail store take a little longer and the shipping cost is different due to the fact that it requires additional handling, transport and shipping.

If you can see you have 2 separate shipments please be patient.
