Loaded Dice – Pre-Order Terms & Conditions (Also applies to Back and Special orders)
By placing a pre-order for Loaded Dice products, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Pre-Order Overview
Pre-ordering allows you to reserve products before they are officially released or restocked. Pre-orders are fulfilled in the order they are received, subject to availability and verification.
2. Payment
Full payment is required at the time of placing a pre-order unless otherwise stated. Payment does not guarantee fulfillment if a pre-order is later canceled under these terms.
3. Estimated Shipping Dates
Any shipping or release dates provided are estimates only and may change due to production, supply chain, or other unforeseen factors. Loaded Dice is not responsible for delays outside of our control.
4. Order Limits
We reserve the right to set limits on the quantity of items that may be pre-ordered per customer, household, or account. Orders exceeding these limits may be canceled or adjusted at our discretion.
5. Anti-Bot & Fair Access Policy
Loaded Dice is committed to providing fair access to our products for all customers.
We reserve the right to cancel any pre-order, in whole or in part, if we suspect or determine that automated systems, bots, scripts, or other unfair purchasing methods were used to place the order. Indicators may include, but are not limited to, unusually high order volumes, rapid checkout behavior, duplicate or linked accounts, or other activity suggesting non-human interaction.
Canceled orders under this policy will be refunded in accordance with Section 7.
6. Right to Cancel or Refuse Orders
Loaded Dice reserves the right to cancel, refuse, or limit any pre-order at our sole discretion, including but not limited to cases of suspected fraud, abuse of policies, pricing errors, or violation of these terms.
7. Refunds
If a pre-order is canceled by Loaded Dice, any payments received will be refunded to the original payment method within a reasonable time frame. Refunds do not include any non-refundable fees where permitted by law.
8. Customer Cancellations
If customer-initiated cancellations are permitted, they must be requested before the order enters fulfillment. Eligibility for refunds may vary and will be communicated at the time of cancellation.
9. Changes to Terms
Loaded Dice reserves the right to update or modify these Pre-Order Terms & Conditions at any time. The version in effect at the time of your pre-order will apply.
