Why do you offer pre-orders?

We offer pre-orders on selected high-demand products to give customers a fairer chance to buy at normal retail prices.

Pre-orders also help us manage demand, monitor suspicious buying activity, and plan stock more accurately.

Is a pre-order guaranteed?

No. A pre-order is not a guarantee of supply.

We only sell stock that has been ordered from our suppliers in advance, but occasionally allocations are reduced or supply issues arise outside our control.

Can I cancel or amend my pre-order?

Yes. You can cancel or amend your pre-order at any time before dispatch for a full refund.

Once the order has been dispatched, our normal returns policy and your usual consumer rights apply.

Will I receive updates if there is a delay?

We will contact you if we believe there is a problem with your pre-order.

We are not usually able to provide regular updates on delayed items, as suppliers often do not give us detailed or timely information.

What happens if supply is cut?

In rare cases, suppliers reduce the amount of stock they send us. If this affects your order, we will contact you as soon as possible and offer available options, including cancellation and refund.
