Why hasn't my order shipped yet?Updated a month ago

Depending on the amount of orders we are dealing with we aim to dispatch the same day if you ordered before 12pm.

Orders placed after 12pm on Fridays, at weekends, or on bank holidays will most likely ship the next working day, however during busy periods this is not a guarantee. 

If you believe your order hasn’t been dispatched, please wait until 3 full working days have passed and get in touch.

Delays may occur due to order volume, weather, staffing, or technical issues so we ask that you please be patient and polite to our staff.
